An automatic shutdown takes place before any damage occurs. Integration into existing seals is possible without any problems and provides data on the separating lubricating film directly from the seal. The intelligent algorithm reacts immediately to changes and displays them clearly in the web app. For example, parameters such as temperature, cage speed, slip and pressure angle can be recorded at a glance.

Upscaling: From BeMoS one to DOT
In our product packages, our existing measurement technology platform BeMoS one is combined with suitable sensors and components to monitor a wide range of potential causes of faults in rotating equipment. The advanced ultrasonic measurement technology of the DOT platform makes it possible to further enhance the advantages of BeMoS one, making it even more space and energy-saving, cost-efficient and scalable. Installed directly on the pump, there will be several versions of the DOT that record different measurement data. This information is then sent to the control station, for example, and can also be accessed directly via a web app. In order to also be able to offer mechanical seal monitoring via this new platform, the sealDOT will follow the vibDOT next.
