In addition to our multi-sensors (SAW, temperature), up to two further sensors from third-party manufacturers, as well as a speed sensor, can be connected to BeMoS one to enable even more comprehensive fault diagnostics. All measurement data collected by the controller is pre-processed onboard and transferred to the control room or your cloud via industrial interfaces. In addition, the controller provides our web application via an integrated web server.
In this, the measurement data is visually processed so that detailed information about the condition of the monitored machine can be viewed regardless of time and location. Individually adjustable alarms and warnings help to maintain systems in a timely, condition-oriented and planned manner and to increase the availability of machines. The most important characteristic values are logged in the internal memory of the BeMoS one. For long-term data storage, a data logger can be connected to the controller via USB.

The optionally integrable IEPE board enables professional vibration measurements with the BeMoS one and offers connection options for up to eight vibration sensors. Eight sensor connections can be switched as desired to three independent measuring channels and enable synchronous and simultaneous sampling. Not only is the measuring range digitally switchable, the power supply of each channel can also be digitally switched off. The measuring channels have a high input impedance and automatically detect errors on the lines and the connection of a sensor. As three independent measuring channels, they are very well suited for the use of triaxial vibration sensors. The IEPE software interface integrates seamlessly into the BeMoS web APP and leaves nothing to be desired with time signal analysis, FFT analysis, orbit analysis and many other functions.
